Exchange and Return Process

If you want to change or return our products, we will be happy to help you as quickly as possible. For this you can follow the steps below:
· Since we prefer an environmentally friendly approach, we send the invoice for your order via e-mail. You do not need to send the invoice with the product for exchange or return.
· In order for you to exchange or return the product, its original box, packaging, protective elements such as tape and seal must be intact. Wind musical instruments cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene and health reasons.
· The products and their packaging are used or damaged and are not accepted.
· You can exchange or return the products within 14 days via the "User Menu" or contact form on our website.
· In order to receive a free exchange/return, you must send the product via Aras Cargo. For non-contracted cargo companies, the shipping fee is your responsibility.
· Our exchange/return code: ARAS KARGO 76000023438 and SANBİR BRANCH.
· In order to speed up the process, we kindly ask you to let us know what action you would like to take after sending your cargo.
· Return shipping fee belongs to the customer. Partial Refund fee will be assumed.
· If the products sent are suitable, their exchange/return will be approved. Delays in refunds may occur depending on bank processes.
